Hello there. As the season shifts, we look at Ritucharya, Ayurveda's practice of letting daily life adapt with it, and invite you to our next community webinar on building immunity.

Seasonal Living

When the Season Shifts, So Should You

An introduction to Ritucharya, Ayurveda's seasonal way of living.

As one season gives way to the next, the changes are not only outside us. Appetite, digestion, sleep, and energy often shift too. A meal that felt light a few weeks ago may suddenly feel less satisfying.

Ayurveda calls this seasonal way of living Ritucharya, from Ritu (season) and Charya (routine). It is not about overhauling your life every few months. It is about noticing what nature is doing, and adjusting in small ways so the body transitions with less friction.

When our routines stay fixed while the season changes, the shift can feel more disruptive, showing up as irregular hunger, restless sleep, or low energy. Ritucharya simply asks us to notice these signals early, and respond gently.
